I am a trained mechanical engineer and a basic truck mechanic.
I have obtained a good knowledge of Kawasaki robots and their possibilities within industries from my 4 years employment as a designer and project manager with the company of Bila Ltd. My knowledge also includes a profound knowledge of the programming methods of Kawasaki robots.
This knowledge has been very useful to me and was developed in my work as a Mechanical Designer at the Method Section of B&O Ltd. where I was employed for 5 years. My work has been composed of many different projects with robots and some simple projects with stationary fixtures and mobile mechanics by means of air cylinders and PLC control.
I have gained my experience of precision engineering from the many robot projects where a special catcher for each project should be developed. Catchers with several mobile axes, manual and automatic tool changes, and adhesive dispensing by means of robots.
This small movie shows the examples of my broad knowledge of small parts, conveyer systems, adhesive dispensing, ergonomics, UV-hardering of glue, innovative building, and automatic catcher changes.
